Join yoga with Holly at the beautiful converted barn nestled in the countryside in Langwith. A space designed with rustic beams and overlooking nature, the space has this beautiful healing and calming presence.
We will explore different themes every session. Some sessions will be purely meditation and stretching and some sessions will be more movement based always following into relaxation.
The intention for these sessions are for you to explore your inner self, to move or become more aware of your true essence mindfully and to shift your energy to expand your awareness, deepen your self love and confidence as well as creating a supportive community.
We will also explore oracle cards to help your along your journey, and occasionally journaling and herbal tea will be available on arrival completely complimentary.
